I have a form that collects information from people whether they choose to pay through PayPal or not. If there are not items in the shopping cart, the connector sends people to PayPal with an empty shopping cart, and PayPal produces a not very friendly error message:

Error detected: your shopping cart is empty.

I am hoping that there might be a way to tell the connector not to put up the "PayPal click here to pay" button if there is nothing to pay for. If there is a way, then this is a support request: please tell me how.

If there is not a way, then this is a suggestion (feature request). :)

    Thanks!

    John,

No, there's no way at this time to prevent the PayPal pay-now button to appear if the shopping cart is empty, but I can add that to our to-do list.

Just a quick question, in your case, is this a "user error', meaning that the respondent should be instructed to go back to the form? or is the response acceptable anyway and the user should see the 'thank you' message?
