Support Requests: Valid Email Address is Invalid with FormAssembly

    A member of our Society sent an email message saying that she could not submit an application for her daughter because FormAssemby dot com insisted that the email address was invalid. Her email address is paxtua at san dot rr dot com. Why can't FormAssembly accept this email address?

    Hi John,

    This address passes the email validation (I just checked it to be sure). Are you sure that was the address she tried?

    By viewing incomplete forms I was able to determine that the member had, in fact, added a space within the email address. Thank you for assisting me with this.
