Hi, Is there anyway to fill the Sender's E-mail and the Sender's name with fields from my form? I have a form that requires the applicant's name and e-mail address. Is there a way for me to have those answers show up as the sender's name and sender's e-mail? I was thinking I could use an Alias but as there aren't any listed for those and my knowlege of html is at the basic level. thanks for any input.
You cannot change the sender information of the email notification (it's report@formassembly.com).
However, you can still reply directly to the person who submitted the form (and I suppose that's what you're trying to do) by setting the 'email question' field in the form properties.

I would also like to have the email notification customizable so that I could have it send them in iCAL format to automatically propagate a calendar entry with the information gleaned from the form.
