Support Requests: Conditional Question Doesn't Work Right in Internet Explorer

    The form seems to work fine in other browsers (I normally use Opera), but some of my conditional responses don't work right in Internet Explorer. The specific issue relates to the following form:

    http://www.gervasiins.com/personal_quote.html

    When you select "Auto" then select "self" under general information - relationship to applicant, everything is fine. However, if you then select "add another response", the conditional responses do not come up correctly. In this case, when you click on "son", the gender information, address, and driver's license number should not show, but they still do.

    I need some help correcting this for a client.

    Thank you for reporting this problem. I can confirm that indeed it doesn't work as it should in IE6. We'll fix this asap and I'll get back to you when it's fixed.

    Yes, this should be fixed with the update we rolled out today.
