Why not insert a choice there to choose whether the section should be hidden or displayed upon the triggering event? This would allow to start a form with such conditional sections visible, that will be hidden on demand. This seems not possible now.

Of course, Hide/Display above are two radio buttons, or similar. It means that, if I choose "conditionally Hide", by default the section is visible upon entering the form; the opposite is true in the other case "conditionally Display". Thanks Christian
We'll be adding back to the Form Builder the ability to select a default choice on multiple-choice questions. This alone will allow you to set a conditional section to be visible by default by having its trigger selected when the form is loaded.
