I want all our customers to fill out a general form and depending on circumstances I want them to fill out an extra form. This can be done with conditional questions, but there is an easier way: Let forms optionally include other forms.
For example, I might have three forms
Master_Form SubForm includes Master_Form SubSubForm includes SubForm
When I send someone to SubSubForm1, he fills out Master_Form, Sub_Form1 and SubSubForm1. To him it all seems like one form, but when he submits, I have three responses for each of the forms. And perhaps there is a way to see that the responses are related. (e.g. identical response ID's)
Thank you for your suggestion. This is something that is actually near the top of our to-do list and it's good to know that you would find this feature useful. I'm not sure we'll be able to do it before the end of the year, but I'll post here when I have more information.
Sorry if I haven't found an existing post. Is this to do list public and if so how can it be reached?
A public "To do list" (short description of functionality and expected release date), "wish list" where members can post their wishes and others can give their opinion and maybe even vote for a priority to be transfered to the "To do" list and of course the existing forum, should at least in theory, decrease the number of "useless" posts. Moreover it shall certainly help developers to pin point quickly which features the existing users find important.
Once again, I am quite new to this forum and do not know if I should have started a new discussion.
We have released a 'Workflow' feature, available in the Professional plan only. This allows you to defined a series of form to be filled out in a specific order. At this time it's not possible to have conditional branching between forms, but this should come soon.
