With the conversion over to the new formassembly.com, for some reason when users go from the form to PayPal the option to use any major credit card (instead of a paypal account) is not shown. It's critical that our users be able to use major credit cards. Please help me know how to get this corrected.

According to PayPal's website, checking out without a PayPal account (i.e. direct credit card payment) is available to PayPal Premier and Business account holders only.
This feature also needs to be enabled in your PayPal profile subtab (click on Website Payment Preferences under the Selling Preferences column, and check the yes/no box under PayPal Account Optional).
