I am having trouble getting the "Conditional Question" feature to work. When I try to open the drop down list, it only gives me "select a choice..." and I am not able to do anything. Are there certain requirements for this feature to work?

    Thanks for your help,
    Mark

    Mark,

Only multiple-choice questions can be used to trigger the conditional, so if the list is empty, it's probably because you only have free text questions in your form.

If that's not the case, or if you think this doesn't work as it should, please let me know and I'll take a look.

    Thank you.

PS: Sorry for the late reply. This discussion board is new and we apparently haven't completely figured how to get the subscription to work properly...

    Good afternoon,
how can I have a section, visible by default, that hides when I click on a check box? Apparently only the opposite is possible, i.e. display a hidden section when clicking an option. What I what to obtain is a printer friendly version of the form that has less text (all explantion texts are in sections that should hide upon printing).
    Thank in advance
    Christian

    Hi Christian,

Your best option is to use a radio group instead, with two choices: yes/no (or print friendly/screen friendly) and make those sections conditional to the screen setting.

    Hope this helps,

    Cedric
