I have been trying to upgrade my account for over a week now but to no avail.
I tried multiple times using your form to pay by credit card, but received an 'Error While Processing' response each time.
I have now signed up to PayPal and paid for a subscription plan ($9) using my account. PayPal records my transaction as being sent, but my account status here is still 'Free'.
How long will it be before I am able to access a fully-functional subscriber account? I must admit that I have already requested support via your contact form for this issue over a week ago and have not received any response or solution. I have other subscriber accounts with you and will definitely not be migrating them across to this new version of the site until I can be sure they will be functional.
Your account has been upgraded and is fully functional now. We'll review the payment transactions to see why they failed without a proper error messages. I'll get back to you as soon as I have more information.
