I am trying to paste the form HTML into an email for distribution so that people can fill out the form in their email boxes. Is this possible? Thanks. (Currently the form comes back with an error message saying "invalid control fields").
Sorry for the late reply. No it's not possible, most email clients are not designed to display and submit HTML forms properly. You may get it to work with your particular email application, but this would be very unreliable for most of your recipients. I'd recommend you simply include the link to the form in the email.
