Hello I am having a constant loading problem on your website. When I come to your website and login under my account, I go to the completed forms click on them and then they never loading. I am stuck in a loading matrix and the forms never come up where I can see them. This has happened I would say 85% of the time when I log in to view my completed forms. Can you please do something with the website, so that I can review my completed forms?
I checked your account to see if it could be related to the number of responses you have received, or some unexpected data in the responses, but I couldn't see anything that could explain the problem you are describing.
Just to make sure I understand the issue: you log into your account, then go to the 'Responses' tab and click on a response in the list. The response should display on the right, but most of the time, you are not seeing anything, maybe just the 'loading' icon. Is this correct?
Could you let me know what browser you are using?
Also, if you have a minute, try to right-click (or control+click) on the link instead (in the response list), and select 'open in a new window (or tab)' in the menu. If that works 100% of the time, then it's probably a browser-compatibility issue.
Yes you exactly correct. The scroll line continuously says loading but the competed form never loads. There has only been one occasion that when they actually DID load, every other time it does the same not loading thing.
