I'VE JUST SET UP MY BOOKING FORM FOR A BUSINESS THAT I HOPE TO BE RUNNING VERY SOON. BUT I HAVE NOW HIT A DEAD END. MY CUSTOMERS WILL ONLINE FILL OUT MY BOOKING FORM AND IT OBVIOUSLY WILL BE SENT TO ME, BUT IN RETURN I WANT TO KNOW IF I CAN PRODUCE AN AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED ANSWER BACK TO THE CUSTOMER SAYING I HAVE RECEIVED THEIR BOOKING FORM. CAN ANYBODY PLEASE HELP.
You can accomplish this by going to: "Configure this form"->"Notifications"->"Email Collection" (set to your email field), then go to "Auto-Responder" and configure your response emails as you like.
However, you must first mark your email field in your form as 'required' (which you have done) and 'validate as email'.
