    We have created a form the may need some major changes. Is there any way to copy the entire form (making 2 links) so we could have one to modify and one to keep in case the changes do not turn out to be what we wanted. I clicked on the "copy this form" link on the page where the forms are listed but I do not know what to do next. Any suggestions?
