I am using Safari 3.1.1 on my Mac running 10.5.2 OS. It is taking a long time to submit a form. How can I fix this. I am using the free account. Is that the problem. See example at http://app.formassembly.com/forms/view/20982
Hello, the problem shouldnt be that you have a free account. It maybe that your connection is having trouble reaching the FA site. If you could, go to your command line and run this: ping app.formassembly.com and report the results here.

Wow, it looks like it is taking your system 27 seconds to get a response from our system. In comparison, my home computer usually gets an average of 45ms/max of 500ms out of 1000 trials.
