I am trying to create a registration form with a variable number of children registering for variable classes. Here is the link - http://app.formassembly.com/forms/view/15687 . When I select Group Learning (which is designated as a repeatable section), enter the first child and then "Register another child", I can enter the text fields for the new child ok, but when I click on the radio buttons for the next child, the answers I entered for the first child go away. If I go back to the first child, the answers for the second child go away. When I click submit I get an error message that I am missing required fields and can go back and get the answers to "stick", but that's not too user friendly. What am I missing?
Thank you for reporting this bug, which we are looking into. Meanwhile, you might try using the "dropdown list" choice in place of radio buttons. This method will force only one choice, and will also propagate across repeatable sections (on my testing). Let us know if this does not work for you for any reason and any further bugs you encounter.
