    Our question was:

    Is it posible to remove the display that shows up after clicking the submit button that says:
    "Your Ad Here" and "Powered by The Form Assembly"

    This ad can be removed by upgrading your account to the pay-as-you-go plan (or higher).

    By upgrading my account to the pay-as-you-go plan (or higher), would it also remove "Powered by The Form Assembly" as well as the ads?

    Yes, it would allow you customize that page, either
    1. defaulting to a "Thank you for your response" line
    2. redirecting to an external url
    3. displaying text you specify.
