I recently transferred my outdated original account to "lauraminiel" when the new version of formassembly came out. Now every time I try to log into I get an error message, my account is not recognized and gives me the message "Credentials Mismatch" even though the password is right.

However, on the support forum I can log into the lauraminiel account. As evidenced by this post.

Also, responses are being sent to my inbox so I know the new account is active even though I can't log in.

Please help, I need to get into my new account to add more credits and also change some of the forms.

I had something very similar happen a while back where I would be logged into FormAssembly and working away on a form, then come to the Forums and not only would I not be logged in (which doesn't make much sense) but the login I *just* used to get into FormAssembly wouldn't work.

I tried the Forgot Password, resetting passwords etc and had several discussions with Cedric. It only appeared to be fixed when he reset my password in both systems (to something random I can never remember).

It seems like FA proper and the Support Forums are not synced up as they should be.

I've got the same problem... can log on here, but not to my form. Tried resetting password and still get same error message. Any help appreciated!

Have you tried entering through the url I gave above?

I should add that I don't get the credentials mismatch error with your link, I just don't get logged in - the screen refreshes and my inputs are erased
