Support Requests: Salesforce Connector--Upsert only creates new record

    Trying to get a form to update information based on the email address. Keep getting errors that the Salesforce connector encounters an error because required fields are not filled out.

    The email address is in SF, FormAssembly has the email address checked as Upsert, why is it trying to create a new contact record?

    Do I have to use an External ID field to accomplish this? I thought the email address is addressed as an External ID?

    Can anyone provide some insight, please?

    For the record, this should be fixed now. Required fields are now not checked before doing an upsert operation.
