    I've managed to publish my form on our own website by following the instruction given here and it works great. But I've notice that when you "Allow respondents to review their response before a final submit", the URL switches back to formassembly.com. How can I make the submission review page show up on our own website as well?

    Hi Mark,

    For this, you will need to use the more advanced publishing method (API), described here:
    http://app.formassembly.com/pages/support/publishing/#restapi

    The server-side code running on your site will take care of pulling the right data from our server (form, preview, etc..).
